Peregrine drake vs number of lands

If I cast Peregrine Drake and only have 1 land in play can I untap that single land 5 times and retap in response to each untap?

No, each land untapped with Peregrine Drake must be separate. It untaps all of the lands at the same time and there is no opportunity to tap lands.
