Pariah and Phyrexian Obliterator

If I put Pariah on a Phyrexian Obliterator controlled by me, would the source of damage dealt by my opponent change to my own Pariah enchantment, thus causing me to sacrifice permanents?

That’s brutal. I’d almost feel bad flashing pariah onto an obliterator when my opponent trys to swing for game

No. Pariah does not cause the source of the damage to change. It only redirects the damage. Therefore, since it is damage dealt by your opponent, your opponent would sacrifice permanents.
