Ordeal of the Ordeals. If multiples are present, how many get sac'd?

I may be answering my own qurstion, but just in case... In the event I lay 2 Ordeals on 1 creature what happens in this situation.
Gudul Lurker flipped adding +1/+1. Ordeal of Purphoros x2 cast on it. Declare attack; First ordeal triggers for another 1c making 2, 2nd ordeal triggers making 3 with triggers the second ability.
Now, question is do I sac 1 or both?, as when the first ordeal triggered there were only 2c on it.

In a similar scenario: if you had a creature with 2 +1/+1 counters on it then you would get to sac both ordeals, because one of the ordeals will give the creature a +1/+1 counter and check for 3 or more counters, the creature will have 3 counters so the ordeal will be sacrificed, then the second ordeal will give the creature a +1/+1 counter and check for 3 or more counters, the creature now has 4 counters so this ordeal will also be sacrificed.

Both Ordeal of Purphoros will go on the stack separately, so one of the ordeals will give the Lurker a +1/+1 counter and check for 3 or more counters, the megamorphed Gudul Lurker only has 2 so the ordeal will not be sacrificed, then the second ordeal will give the creature a +1/+1 counter and check for 3 or more counters, the lurker now has 3 counters so the ordeal will be sacrificed.
In short: the Gudul Lurker will get 2 counters, but only 1 ordeal will sac
