Open the Vaults and Frenzied Fugue C16 interaction

We were playing the new C16 decks and my opponent cast Open the Vaults while my Frenzied Fugue was in my graveyard. Would my Frenzied Fugue see all of his artifact creatures as they enter the battlefield? Would I be able to attach my Frenzied Fugue to one of the permanents that entered the battlefield at the same time?

No, they are not on the battlefield to be chosen as Frenzied Fugue enters, it has to attach to something that exists already. From the Gatherer page:

10/1/2009: An Aura put onto the battlefield this way can't enchant an artifact or enchantment that's also being put onto the battlefield with Open the Vaults.
