Oketra + Akroma's Memorial: Double Strike or First Strike?

If I have a creature with double strike (e.g: Oketra the True) and Akroma's Memorial on the field, will the creature keep double strike or does the Memorial override it and give it first strike?

Double Strike and First Strike can co-exist happily on a single creature. Functionally, your Oketra will have double strike.

The way assigning combat damage with first strike works is basically a checkbox. "Does this creature have first strike? Then it deals first strike damage but not regular damage. Does it have double strike? Then it deals first strike damage as well as regular damage." Having both is redundant, since whether or not a creature does first strike damage is a simple yes-or-no, so as a result first strike won't really do anything on Oketra, but she will still have both abilities.
