Obelisk Spider and Strionic Resonator

If i have a single Obelisk Spider and Strionic Resonator on the battlefield then play Black Sun's Zenith would i; A) have the opponent lose 1 life and I gain 1 life for each creature I place -1/-1 counter on plus one extra for the copied ability or B) have the opponent lose 2 life and I gain 2 life for each creature I place -1/-1 counter on as if i had 2 Obelisk Spiders on the field

Obelisk Spider is going to trigger once for each creature that -1/-1 counters are placed on and each trigger will have your opponents lose 1 life and you gain 1 life. Strionic Resonator can copy one of these abilities for 1 extra life drain.
