Oath of Nissa

I was wondering what happens if you have Oath of Nissa in play and you want to use Shaman of Forgotten Ways mana ability, that still can only pay creature mana or it could also give you planeswalkers mana because of the Oath?

No it does not let you spend that mana to cast planeswalkers. Shaman of Forgotten Ways's mana ability has a restriction that only lets that mana be spent on creature spells. That means that if the spell does not have the type "creature", you can't use the mana generated by the Shaman for it.

Oath of Nissa's second effect states that, if you were to spend mana for planeswalker spells, you may spend it as though it were mana of any color. This doesn't override any restrictions to certain mana in your mana pool.

Simply put, since a planeswalker does not have the type "creature", you cannot spend the mana on them generated from Shaman of Forgotten Ways.

No. Oath of Nissa just allows you to spend mana as if it were mana of different colors as far as planeswalkers are concerned, but it doesn't change any restriction on that mana.
