Nissa Worldwaker and Color Specific Removal

I know that normally lands are colorless, but if I use Nissa, Worldwaker to turn a forest into a 4/4 Elemental, does it gain a color or is it still colorless?
My real question is how do these Creature/Lands interact with Encase in Ice, Doom Blade, and Ultimate Price?

Since Nissa doesn't specify that the land gains a color when becoming a creature, they're still colorless.
Encase in Ice would do nothing since no red/green creature. Doom Blade would be able to kill it, since it's not black. Ultimate Price would do nothing since colorless does not equal a color, or "monocolor."
And by "do nothing," I mean they would be unable to target the creature.

Unless an object turns the land into another color (i.e. Niveous Wisps), then the land still is and always will be colorless.
Therefore, Encase in Ice and Ultimate Price will be unable to target the land, because it lacks a color. Doom Blade, however, can kill it because it's nonblack.
