Narset's exile ability questions?

Narset, Enlightened Master lets you potentially cast cards for free when she attacks, What happens if you flip a strive card like Silence the Believers ? Can you cast it with unlimited free strive and exile all of your opponents creatures? She seems potentially broken and I'm trying to make it happen in standard so does this interaction work or am I missing something?

No, this doesn't work.

Casting a card 'without paying its mana cost' only covers the mana cost in the top-right corner of the card. Any additional costs, like sacrificing a creature for Altar's Reap or the mana from Kicker or Strive, must be paid by you.
