Multiple Privileged Positions and hexproof-blindspot?

Hello!

If I have two Privileged Positions placed one turn after another, will the 'Hexproof' effect on other permanents now cover both of them?

Yes. Each one gives all other permanents you control Hexproof. Since to each one the other is another permanent, they will give each other Hexproof.
