Mortuary paradox help

If I have [Mortuary] and [Enduring Renewal] on the field at the same time what happens?
When a creature you control dies, both Mortuary and Enduring Renewal will trigger at the same time. You control both of these permanents, so you control all their triggered abilities, so you can choose in which order to place them on the stack. Depending on your choice, you can choose to put that creature card either on top of your library or into your hand.

Yeah they both can't happen. You pick one and the other will fizzle

So you know: you have to use two square brackets on each side of the card's name to make the linking work.
