mono red edh BLUE CARD COMBO!!!

in my mono red edh with Diaochan, Artful Beauty as my commander i have a combo involving Burning Wish , Panoptic Mirror , Mycosynth Lattice and Time Walk in my decki know that i cant have Time Walk in mono red but with Burning Wish its from outside the game and since Mycosynth Lattice makes it colourless can i then use it on Panoptic Mirror to take infinite turns, my logic says yes but something tells me i might be wrongcould someone explain this please

Well, you have to house rule the wishes so that they do anything - as per the official rules, wish cards do nothing in EDH, as outside the game is not defined. Also, you are never actually casting Time Walk, you are copying it with Panoptic Mirror.

If you solve the wish issue, you can cut Lattice from the above and it will work just fine.

ok thanks, with our kinda janky rules we play with (me and some freinds) we would just use Burning Wish as it sounds but wouldn't i need mycosynth to be in play to have a blue card in my hand when my commanders red or is it only in the deck construction is that relevant?

Panoptic Mirror and Time Walk are banned in Commander, so you'll also need to house rule that.

The Rules Committee stated that wish effects do not function without prior agreement, so you need at least that much if you want to be able to wish for an off-color card. There's no official ruling that I'm aware of regarding the scope of wishes and being able to wish for off-color or illegal cards, and the RC sort of dodges the responsibility to clarify that by just pushing the agreement onto the players instead.

However, there's also an optional sideboard rule, and if all players use sideboards, then the cards in those sideboards may be wished for. Sideboards still have to follow format rules, so you wouldn't be allowed to sideboard illegal cards for your deck.
