Mimeoplasm Interaction With Tawnos's Coffin

Just wondering how exactly an interaction with The Mimeoplasm and Tawnos's Coffin would work. Would The Mimeoplasm reenter the battlefield with the ability's of the creature's it exiles? Or would it simply just return with the plus one plus one counters it originally had with his secondary ability.

The Mimeoplasm will enter the battlefield and there will be two replacement effects to apply. There will be one to put the noted counters on him and another to allow you to exile two cards from graveyards and make him a copy of one with counters equal to the power of the other. The Mimeoplasm that enters the battlefield will be a new object with no relation to its previous existence, so it will not be a copy of the card it was when it was exiled.
