Mesmeric Orb interaction h

Hi,

My opponent has Mesmeric Orb on the battlefield. On his turn he casts Kari Zev's Expertise, takes control of my Siege Rhino and attacks me.

Question is, on my upkeep do I have to mill a card due to Mesmeric Orb once Siege Rhino is returned to me?

Yes. Siege Rhino returns to your control during the very last step of your opponent's turn. That means you control it when your turn begins and you untap everything. Mesmeric Orb will trigger.
