Master of Etherium with 0/0 power and toughness

Master of Etherium out with a Mirror Entity under my control.
I activate Mirror Entity's ability for 0.
What is Master of Etherium's P/T if it is the only artifact I control?
It also doesn't matter whether it's the only artifact you control. No matter how many artifacts you control the answer is still 0/0, which will result in it being put into the graveyard as a state-based action.

Although not relevant to this case, Master of Etherium's P/T setting ability is a characteristic-defining ability (CDA) and CDAs are always applied first regardless of timestamp. So for example a Master of Etherium played after a Humility is already on the field will have a newer timestamp, but will still be a 1/1 since CDAs are applied first.

It's a 0/0. The Master's own P/T setting effect and Mirror Entity's P/T setting effect apply in the same layer, but the Entity's effect has a newer timestamp. It gets applied on top of the Master's effect and ends up overwriting it.
