Master Biomancer with Naban in play

So I have Naban, Dean of Iteration and Master Biomancer in play. Does every wizard I play from then on get a double biomancer trigger?

No, because biomancer's ability is not a triggered ability, but it simply modifies how the creature enters the battlefield - Naban does nothing for this. Triggered abilities are easy to spot - they start with "at, when, whenever".
