lurrus + bone picker in graveyard

Hi,

When you have Bone Picker in the graveyard, a creature died and you want to cast bone picker with Lurrus of the Dream-Den from the graveyard, does it have the mana cost reduction and become a legal target? Or is the CMC always 4?

The mana value/converted mana cost of Bone Picker is always 4, even if cost reductions apply. Only spells with an X in their cost have variable mana value.
