Lure + Afflict

When i attack with Spellweaver Eternal and the creature is enchanted with Lure and for example the Enemy has 4 Creatures that can block and must block because of Lure does the Afflict 2 Ability of Spellweaver Eternal trigger 4 times because 4 Creatures have blocked Spellweaver Eternal or does it only trigger once?
Additionally, if Afflict will trigger if Spellweaver Eternal becomes blocked even if no creatures are blocking it, such as with Fog Patch .

"7/14/2017 If multiple creatures block a creature with afflict, afflict triggers only once."
