Life / Death gain.

Does turning my lands into creatures with Life count as the creatures "entering the battlefield"? In other words, will they trigger Soul Warden? I'm leaning towards no, since they're already on the battlefield as lands.

You're correct. The land just gains additional characteristics, but it never changes zones; it's already on the battlefield. ETB abilities will not trigger.
