If I kick a Rite of Replication on an Omnath, Locus of Rage, the Legend Rule forces me to put 4 in my gy. My question is do they all go simultaneously?? Netting me 20 Omnath Triggers??

It would work. 5 omnath's see 4 entering the graveyard.

5*4=20 triggers each dealing 3 damage.

Yes. When you apply the legend rule, you choose one instance of the legendary permanent and put all others you control into their owner's graveyards simultaneously.
