Lazav + Fated Return

Say I have Lazav, Dimir Mastermind in my graveyard and I cast Fated Return, targeting him. If Lazav's ability triggers, does he keep the indestructible from Return, or is that lost when he changes?

He will still be indestructible.
Copy effects are applied in layer 1 and abilities are gained in layer 6. So lazav will become a copy with hexproof in layer 1 and will get indestructible in layer 6.
