Lake of the Dead and Blood Moon

If a Lake of the Dead comes into play with a Blood Moon out, do I still have to sac a Swamp, or does it come into play as a Mountain?

Lake of the Dead's first ability is a static ability that defines a replacement effect. This replacement effect modifies the event of Lake of the Dead entering the battlefield. Therefore, it must apply before Lake of the Dead is even on the battlefield. Blood Moon's ability won't apply at this time, so you'll still have to sacrifice a Swamp or put Lake of the Dead into its owner's graveyard.
Once it's on the battlefield, though, it'll be a Mountain.

Yes, you have to sacrifice the land before it's actually on the battlefield, and Blood Moon affects only permanents on the battlefield.
