Knowledge Pool

If Knowledge Pool is in play and I cast Lightning Bolt can I select that same Lightning Bolt to cast from cards exiled with Knowledge Pool or do I have to pick a different card?
Basically can I cast the card that gets exiled by Knowledge Pool when I trigger it or does it have to be a card that already existed "inside" the pool?

Knowledge Pool's second ability specifically says "another nonland card." You can't pick the one you just exiled.
