Kiora's Follower + Illusionist's Bracers = infinite untap ?

If i equip Illusionist's Bracers to Kiora's Follower is the second copy of the ability able to target Kiora's Follower because it was created by Illusionist's Bracers thus making the "another" in the text refer to anything but the bracers?

no bc Kiora's Follower says "another" permanent. however if you have 2 Kiora's Follower with one equipped with the bracers then you'll get infinite untap

Kiora's Follower is still the source of the ability, so "another" will still mean "a permanent other than Kiora's Follower."
