I have Mutavault and Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker on the battlefield. I use Mutavault’s ability. I use Kiki’s ability targeting Mutavault.

Is the token a 2/2 creature with all creature types?

No, it is an unanimated Mutavault.
