Kaalia and Tyrant's Familiar

If I put a Tyrant's Familiar tapped and attacking on the battlefield with Kaalia of the Vast, it will get the +2/+2 bonus, but it won't trigger the second ability because attackers have already been declared?

Just clarifying something.

From Kaalia of the Vast:
9/22/2011: The creature card is already tapped and attacking as it's put onto the battlefield. Any abilities that trigger when a creature becomes tapped or when a creature attacks won't trigger for that card.

Abilities that trigger when a creature attacks trigger when that creature is declared as an attacker, not when it becomes an attacker. If the creature is never declared as an attacker, its on-attack abilities won't trigger.
