I just want to be clear on a ruling.
If I control two Sphere of Safety 's my opponent pays X once, correct?
Say I have two Sphere of Safety on the board and one other enchantment, 3 enchantments total on the board, my opponent only needs to 3, not 6?
Am I correct here ?

No. Each Sphere of Safety applies a separate cost to attack. Your opponent needs to pay X for each ability in order to attack; paying for only one will not satisfy the other's cost. In your example, your opponent would need to pay 6 (3 for each ability).
