Joven's Tools and unlockable creatures

If a creature is unblockable coming at me, either naturally or with Stealth Mission could I use Joven's Tools to overwrite that and block with a wall? Or would both statuses exist on the creature and it's still unblockable?
One errata to my above:
"As such, you will check both targeting restrictions" should properly read "As such, you will check both blocking restrictions".

You will not be able to block the creature.
Joven's Tools does not get rid of the existing blocking restrictions on the creature--it merely adds another restriction. As such, you will check both targeting restrictions. So, checking Joven's Tools against a wall blocker might pass, but it will still fail the "can't be blocked" restriction.
Think of it this way - if you gave a creature both Flying and Fear, one of those is not overwriting the other--you merely have to check both restrictions and ensure the blocker passes both levels. Those are keyworded abilities, but the effect--two different types of blocking restrictions not overwriting one another--is the same.
