Jace and Maelstrom

If I cast Maelstrom Wanderer and I have 98 lands with one Jace, Wielder of Mysteries in my library. The first Cascade would pull out said Jace, but would the second one constitute the drawing with no library? Please help explain further if it doesn’t so I’m not confused! Thank you!

It's only a draw if the ability specifically says 'draw'. Casting from your deck, putting a card into your hand, scrying, exiling, and etc are not draws.

No. Cascading is not drawing. You would exile all cards from your library, not find anything to cast, and put the cards back in a random order (shuffle).
