Is it legal to kill myself to force a draw?

Is it legal to play a Hurricane to kill all players at the table (including myself) to force a draw if I know I am going to lose all my life the next turn?

Of course it is.

Just about the only way it is illegal to end a game in Magic is by colluding with an opponent to have one of you lose in exchange for an offer of prize or other inducement.

You can absolutely just cause a draw by killing everybody at the same time.

While I do not personally think it is very reasonable to force draws in Magic, rules-wise there is nothing stopping you from doing it (unless Gaddock Teeg is involved, he messes stuff up). Go for it!
