Is battle damage from multiple creatures inflicted at the same time?

Asked by feuerinbrand 9 years ago

e.g. I control Bident of Thassa and attack with two creatures. My opponent does not block either one. Do I draw one card or two from Bident of Thassa's ability? "Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may draw a card."

Combat damage is all dealt simultaneously, but damage from different sources is treated as different events for the purposes of effects that care about it. This means Bident of Thassa triggers for each creature that deals damage to your opponent. You get 2 cards in your example.
