Is a creature with menace unblockable with Vorrac Battlehorns?

Is Kozilek, the Great Distortion unblockable when I equip him with Vorrac Battlehorns? (I mean... the title explains the question...)

Yes, that's how this card combination works.

Menace says that "This creature can only be blocked by two or more creatures"

Battlehorns says that your opponent cannot declare more than one blocker to the attacking creature. Because they cannot block with two, they cannot block at all.
