Interaction question with Helm of the Host

A Zada, Hedron Grinder in play and I equip that card with the new Helm of the Host. I then cast an instant on my original Zada, Hedron Grinder such as Might of Oaks.

Does this create an infinite loop or what is the end result?

no, it only trigers when you cast the spell. you would not be casting the copy.
