Interaction between Season of the Witch and Crawlspace

I would like to know what would happen if I have Season of the Witch and Crawlspace out at the same time. If the opponent has 5 creature and only two can attack they wouldn't be destroyed correctly due to it last line of text in the Oracle text? Also when would this destroy a creature, when someone decides not to attack?

Season of the Witch will destroy those creatures. Crawlspace creates additional rulings on how attackers can be declared as attackers, but doesn't state that any one creature is unable to attack.

Something like Ghostly Prison states that those creatures can't attack, so that prevents them from being declared as attackers and wouldn't cause them to be destroyed by Season of the Witch (even if you had the mana to pay for the Prison and chose not to).

"At the beginning of the end step" means "at the beginning of each end step", so that's when Season of the Witch destroys those creatures.
