Interaction between Bereavement and Tidal Visionary?

What happens when Tidal Visionary or any other color changing card is being used to color a creature green, then destroying that creature while Bereavement on the field?

Is it seen as colored as it enters the graveyard?

Yes. "Dies" abilities check the characteristics and statuses of the objects as they last existed on the battlefield.

What happens to green tokens? Are tokens even considered to go to the graveyard?

Yes. Tokens can change zones one time; they then remain in that zone until the next time state-based actions are checked, at which point they cease to exist. Zone-change triggers happen accordingly.

So in effect they would also have to discard cards for tokens?
