Interaction between Ambush Commander Vernal Bloom and Joraga Treespeaker

So I'm curious Ambush Commander makes all forests elves, a fully leveled Joraga Treespeaker makes elves tap for 2 green, and Vernal Bloom allows forests to produce an extra mana. With all 3 conditions in check do forests now tap for 3 since they are both a forest and an elf? Or do they tap for 2 checking either as a forest or as an elf?

3 mana. The only thing that "checks" is Vernal Bloom, which triggers whenever the trigger condition is met: A Forest is tapped for mana. "Tap for mana" means "activate a mana ability with the
symbol in the activation cost". Using the ability granted by Joraga Treespeaker counts for this.
