Guttersnipe
triggers when you cast an instant or sorcery, not when it resolves.
What happens is that you cast
Insult
, putting it on the stack.
Guttersnipe
sees you cast a sorcery and triggers, and that trigger goes on the stack above
Insult
. Because the stack resolves top-down, the
Guttersnipe
trigger will resolve first, dealing 2 damage to each opponent. Then the
Insult
will resolve, and its effects will apply until the end o the turn.
However, any instants or sorceries you cast that turn after
Insult
resolves, including
Injury
, will result in double damage from the
Guttersnipe
.
