Inspired+Untap Effects

So lets say you have an inspired creature, such as Disciple of Deceit. If it is untapped already will untap effects trigger inspired?

No. 'Becoming untapped' specifically refers to when a permanent goes from a tapped state to an untapped state.

No. "Becomes untapped" means a change from tapped to untapped. A creature that's already untapped can't become untapped.
