Indestructible Palisade Giant, Ragged Veins

So my friend plays the giant often and almost always makes him indestructible, so I was thinking that enchanting it with Ragged Veins would be a good way around it as it says he would lose life and not take damage, right?

Thanks. One other question, what would happen if my opponent has put an indestructible Palisade Giant , and I had a Stuffy Doll , enchanted with Soul Link and a Guilty Conscience ? Then tapped the doll for its ability...draw or no?

Yes, it would be a draw. The Stuffy Doll would continue to deal damage to itself from Guilty Conscience triggers, which would trigger it's own triggered ability, to deal damage to the Palisade Giant , which would trigger Guilty Conscience and then repeat. Unless someone's able to break the cycle, the game will end in a draw.

Yes this works the way you want. Life loss is indeed not damage, so there wouldn't be any damage to redirect to Palisade Giant .
