If Thrumming Stone is out, does each creature that is played trigger ripple 4?

In a deck that uses multiple Relentless Rats or Shadowborn Apostle , does ripple 4 from Thrumming Stone proc off of each creature or does it only after you ripple 4 off of the first creature.

Here's a ruling from Gatherer:

7/15/2006 If you cast a spell that already has ripple (such as Surging Flame, which has ripple 4) while Thrumming Stone is on the battlefield, both ripple abilities will trigger separately. Assuming you choose to do all "you may" actions, when the first instance of ripple resolves, you reveal the top four cards of your library, cast all Surging Flames, and put the rest of the cards on the bottom of your library. Any new Surging Flames are on the stack on top of the other instance of ripple, so they'll resolve next. Each of them also has two instances of ripple, which trigger separately, and the process continues until the ripple abilities don't reveal any Surging Flames.

Pretty wordy but the last sentence answers your question. Since, the revealed cards are being cast albeit w/out paying the mana cost), they will in fact have ripple 4. In the case of cards that already have ripple, their own instances of ripple would trigger, as well as that provided by Thrumming Stone .

yes, these are all spells and you have cast them (without paying their mana cost), you can get multiple rats for the price of one.

@Oldneckbeard: Mind that "proc" isn't a term used in magic. Ripple is a triggered ability, which trigger, not "proc."
