If sacriffice Soulgorger Orgg to Greven, Predator Captain, how do the triggers stack?

Cast Soulgorger Orgg while Greven, Predator Captain
is on field. I loose all but 1 life. I attack with Greven, Predator Captain and sac Soulgorger Orgg. Do i draw cards and loose life first or do i gain life first?

You would lose the game in this example.
When you start the resolve Greven's
trigger, you sacrifice Soulgorger Orgg. The Orgg will trigger, but that trigger won't go onto the stack until after the Greven trigger has finished resolving. You then draw cards and lose life during the rest of the resolution of the Greven trigger, which puts you at a negative life total. After the Greven trigger resolves, state-based actions (SBAs) are checked and performed, this is when the game does its housekeeping. The game will see that you have less than one life and you will lose the game before the Orgg trigger is put onto the stack (triggers are put onto the stack after SBAs are done).
