If I have Vildin-Pack Alpha  Flip and Conspiracy set on werewolf and play Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  Flip will Jace flip?

Conspiracy or Xenograft will make everything a werewolf, Vildin-Pack Alpha  Flip states that whenever a Werewolf enters play you may transform it, and Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  Flip (now a werewolf) has a backside and can therefore transform. But... he doesn't say transform, he says to exile himself and then return to the battlefield transformed. Will this still work?

To transform an object is to take a permanent represented by a double-faced card and turn it so that the back face is up.

Because Vildin-Pack Alpha  Flip instructs you to transform permanents at a certain time, you do so without regard to those permanents' normal transform conditions. It might help to think of Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  Flip's transform clause as one defined opportunity to transform, not as a restriction stating what must always happen before transformation.

Just as a reminder. Jace, Vryn's Prodigy  Flip enters as a creature and does not have any loyalty counters. This means that is you simply transform him, and not exile and re-enter transformed as his ability does, he will be a planeswalker with 0 loyalty counters on him and be sent to the graveyard as a SBA.

Vildin-Pack Alpha  Flip ability is also a 'may' ability, so you can choose not to transform Jace, because, as Gidgetimer said, Jace has no loyalty counters on him and will be sent to the graveyard.
