If I have Hivestone and Sliver Overlord and I use Mob Rule can I use Sliver Overlord gain control ability on them to permanently gain control of them.... (I know I would have to pay 3 each time)

So say if Hivestone and Sliver Overlord is already on my field and my opponent had Heroes' Bane and Necropolis Regent... it's my turn and I use Mob Rule ability to gain control of creatures with power of 4 or greater can I use Sliver Overlord's ability to gain control of them permanently or will they go back to their side of the field after my turn...

They are slivers as soon as they come under your control, so yes you can use your overlord to permanently take them.
