If I have Bruna, Light of Alabaster on the battlefield attached enchanted with Steel of the Godhead and Spirit Loop, do I gain double the damage dealt?

I am assuming I would since Steel of the Godhead gives her lifelink and Spirit Loop reads: When enchanted creature deals damage, you gain that much life.
Wow! You actually gain 28 life from one attack, and you deal 14 damage! That's a 42 point life swing!

No, the damage dealt would be 7 (assuming no other enchantments are on Bruna) and you'd gain 14 life.

You are correct. Spirit Loop is a triggered ability that happens after damage is dealt, while Lifelink gains life when it deals damage and doesn't use the stack. If Spirit Loop had read "enchanted creature gains lifelink" then it would be redundant.
