If I have a creature protected by Aegis Angel, and I use End Hostilities does it die?

So, say I have an Archetype of Endurance under protection from an Aegis Angel. Then, someone casts End Hostilities. What dies? I think the Aegis Angel does, but not so sure about the Archetype of Endurance.
The effect will destroy the Aegis Angel at the same time it fails to destroy the Archetype of Endurance. It will live, and the angel will die.
Destroy effects just happen and then are done, they don't stick around on things like damage or other 'until end of turn' effects.

You are correct that Aegis Angel will die but Archetype of Endurance won't die. This is because when the game goes to destroy all the creatures archetype is indestructible and after the Angel dies the game isn't trying to destroy the Archetype.
