If I control multiple copies of Satyr Hoplite and cast a spell on one do they all gain the plus off the first one?

Also, I'm not referring to their own Heroic effects triggering.

The effect of Satyr Hoplite says, Heroic Whenever you cast a spell that targets Satyr Hoplite, put a +1/+1 counter on Satyr Hoplite.

So do all Satyr Hoplite you control gain +1/+1.

Very simple question but I'm still just a beginner so I don't know much.

Just the one you targeted. When a card uses its own name in its rules text, it only means "this object, right here". If it's meant to affect other objects with the same name then it will be written to say something like "cards named (N)" or maybe something along the lines of Cylian Sunsinger.
