Hunt the Hunter / Bow of Nylea / attacking creature

If player 1 has a Bow of Nylea in play, and on their turn attacks with Elvish Mystic. If Hunt the Hunter is cast and targetting Elvish Mystic and defending player's Courser of Kruphix, will Elvish Mystic have deathtouch when fighting Courses of Kruphix. If so, can you cast Hunt the Hunter before blockers are declared. If not, an explanation would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Well, first and foremost you wouldn't be able to cast the Hunt the Hunter during combat because it's a sorcery. (unless of course you have someway of giving it flash).
But, let's assume you do somehow cast Hunt the Hunter on your mystic during combat, then yes, the Courser dies because of the deathtouch on the mystic.
