how to unmorph Rattleclaw Mystic

Rattleclaw Mystic is cast face down. to unmorph it, do I need two mana in my mana pool or can I flip it face up and use her ability to pay the cost?

You have to pay a cost before the ability can occur. So no, you can't use the mana generated when Rattleclaw Mystic flips up to flip it up.
