How often can i sacrifice a Sakura-Tribe Elder enchanted with Gift of Immortality?

I have a Sakura-Tribe Elder enchanted with Gift of Immortality. When sacrificed it's re-enchanted at the beginning of my end step. Can I sacrifice the Elder again in my end step (twice in the same turn) and then re-enchant at my opponents end step?

Yes. The next end step is the very next instance of an end step that the game encounters. Gift of Immortality's delayed triggered ability can trigger at any end step. So you can sacrifice Sakura-Tribe Elder twice on your turn and once on each subsequent turn (during the end step).
