How many times can you pay 3 energy for Electrostatic Pummeler?

Say you buff him up with Larger Than Life he gets +4/+4 and you pay 3 energy he becomes 10/10 if you have enough energy counters can you pay 3 again to do it again and again to get completely out of hand?

You absolutely can, so long as you have the energy to pay for it. Electrostatic Pummeler's ability does not require you to tap it so you can activate it as many times as you like when you have priority.
